For the first time, the Kingdom hosts the annual ceremony of the prestigious luxury brand club, LUXURY NETWORK. Nearly 10 Moroccan and international brands were honored, including Mystère, Bab Moulay Driss, and many others. The renowned M Avenue Marrakech also received The Luxury Network International Award.
It is the first time that The Luxury Network International Awards organizes its annual awards ceremony in the Kingdom, recognizing the world’s leading luxury brands. After London, Dubai, Istanbul, and many other capitals, the prestigious international club, created by Farès Ghattas, chose the magical setting of Marrakech to host its event, which lived up to all the expectations of a world-class ceremony with elegantly presented awards, artistic performances, and emotionally charged speeches from business leaders. Several representatives of the club from around the world, among the 40 cities in The Luxury Network, were present to honor the 10 nominated brands on February 10, 2024: Egypt, the United States, Lebanon, Dubai, and more.
In a statement by the President of The Luxury Network Morocco, Ahmad Sleiman confirmed the primary goal of these Awards, which is to “acknowledge Moroccan businesses and enable them to gain international visibility, with the added promotion of the ‘Made in Morocco’ label.” Choosing Morocco and Marrakech to present its prestigious annual awards to the world’s best luxury brands is a rightful recognition of the beautiful values of Moroccan cultural heritage, its codes of authenticity, and its rich history. The ceremony, hosted by Samid Ghailan, honored Bab Moulay Driss through its President Abdesslam Alami, Mystère Jewelry and Watches, and its CEO Kamal Sefrioui, as well as the Moroccan traditional haute couture stylist Samira Haddouchi. Naturally, M Avenue, a symbol of luxury and a jewel of tourism in Marrakech, was honored with an award presented to its President, Nabil Slitine, the creator, initiator, and essential contributor to the economic development of the ochre city.
